Governance of Crefe
The Research Center includes the following bodies: The Board of Directors, the Office, the Scientific Council and the General Assembly.
THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE
The Board of Directors elects from among its members those of the board composed as follows:
– a president
– a vice president
– a secretary
– A treasurer.
The president and the vice president are elected among the founding members.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The function of the Board of Directors is to decide, deal with any issue or decision related to the members of CREFE, its government and its operational and financial resources.
THE SCIENTIFIC COUNCIL
The association is also directed by a Scientific Council, whose function is to govern, to deal with any topic related to the activity and work of CREFE. Debate on the scientific orientations of CREFE.

GENERAL MEETING
The general assembly meets at least once a year to all the members of the association, whether they have chosen to join the School of Private Companies, the Public Organizations, Local and Territorial Communities, the Academic School or the College of Financing, Investment and Council.
